LITERAL LIFESAVERS!!!!  I was scammed into a contract for equipment 1000 times the market value by shady door to door salesman.  After realizing what I got into, I was horrified and realized that I'd be paying 30 years on simple home equipment.  I scoured the internet for lawyers with expertise in contract law and they took my case.  In the end they got me out of what would have been a horrible financial nightmare.   They won't make promises, but if there is a loophole, they'll l find it! Their professionalism, diligence, responsiveness and customer service were absolutely amazing. Reviews are challenging for the business that Rushing McCarl engages in, because they deal with a difficult landscape where legal transactions/disputes can become very costly.  We appreciate their level of professional judgement and execution in our case. A few months ago, I accidentally discovered an out-of-state company had copied our website and even our company name and logo.  I contacted Rushing McCarl LLP to find out what are my legal rights.  John Rushing returned my call immediately, he explained the process to me, and I decided to hire the firm.  I was delighted with the outcome of his work.  He contacted the company and had them to change their name, domain, etc.
Additionally, whenever I had a question, I could talk to him or his partners immediately.
